Mindfulness has been described as a process of bringing a certain quality of attention to moment-by-moment experience. The practice of mindfulness is a technique to help people cope with stress, anxiety, pain, change and illness. Mindfulness can enable you to see things differently by undoing mental and physical tensions and anxieties. Mindfulness can bring balance to all that is out of balance in your life. With consistent practice of meditation you will allow yourself to relax into your true state of well-being.

Please wear comfortable clothing. A cushion, blanket and a mat to lie on for your personal comfort is suggested but not necessary.
